大學生現實人際關係、網路人際關係、現實人際滿意度、網路人際滿意度與寂寞感、自尊之關係研究

The Correlation among Real and Internet Relationship, Interpersonal and Internet Relationship Satisfaction, Loneliness and Self-esteem of College Students

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生現實人際關係、網路人際關係、現實人際滿意度、網路人際滿意度與寂寞感、自尊等變項的現況與關係。接著,藉由各變項歸類大學生。最後探究人際滿意度是否在人際關係與寂寞感具有中介。 本研究取得428名大專院校學生為研究樣本,並以「現實人際互動量表」、「網路人際互動量表」、「寂寞感量表」和「自尊量表」等為研究工具,進行問卷調查。將所得之樣本資料以描述性統計、集群分析和結構方程模式進行分析。研究結果摘要如下: 一、 大學生整體的現實人際關係良好、現實人際滿意度呈中等偏上;網路人際和網路人際滿意度皆呈中等偏下;大學生整體寂寞感不高,其中最少因為缺乏朋友而產生孤單;大學生整體的自尊良好。 二、 本研究透過集群分析可將大學生歸類成「形單影隻型」、「網住人際型」和「面面俱到型」等三類。「形單影隻型」少建立人際關係,呈現高寂寞、低自尊;「網住人際型」投入網路人際卻少經營現實人際關係,呈現高寂寞、低自尊,也是值得關注的一群;「面面俱到型」在現實和網路皆擁有好的人際關係,寂寞感低、自尊高。 三、 大學生的現實人際關係、人際滿意度越好時,越少感到寂寞感;網路人際關係和網路人際滿意度皆未發現與寂寞感的關聯;高寂寞感的大學生,自尊偏低;現實人際關係越好者,現實人際滿意度越好;網路人際關係越好者,網路人際滿意度越好。現實人際與網路人際未發現關聯。 四、 大學生的人際關係和人際關係的滿意度皆與寂寞感有關,而且 人際滿意度在人際關係和寂寞感之間有部分中介的效果;網路人際滿意度在網路人際關係和寂寞感之間未發現有中介效果。 本研究針對結果,提供建議給大學生、學校教育和未來研究之參考。

The main purposes of this research were to study the correlation among real and internet relationship, interpersonal and internet relationship satisfaction, loneliness and self-esteem of college students. Besides, students will be classified into different groups. Finally, examine the effects of mediator on interpersonal relationship satisfaction between real relationship and loneliness; internet relationship satisfaction between internet relationship satisfaction and loneliness. There are 428 college students who were measured the scale of real and internet relationship, the scale of loneliness and the scale of self-esteem. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, and structural equation model. The main findings were as follows: I. The real relationship of college students is good, and real relationship satisfaction is moderately high. The internet relationship and internet relationship satisfaction of college students are moderately low. Students feel low loneliness but high self-esteem. II. Students were classified into three groups. Students in the first group seldom have interpersonal relationships, and they have high loneliness and low self-esteem. The second group only have internet relationship, and students have high loneliness and low self-esteem. The final group owns real and internet relationship, they have low loneliness and high self-esteem. III. When students have good relationship or great satisfaction, they have fewer loneliness. Neither internet relationship and loneliness nor internet relationship satisfaction and loneliness have correlation. Students with high loneliness have low self-esteem. The greater relationship students own, the more satisfaction they have. Students with good internet relationship have fine internet relationship satisfaction. There is no correlation between real relationship and internet relationship. IV. There are associations on real relationship and loneliness, real relationship satisfaction and loneliness. Real relationship satisfaction have the effects of mediator on interpersonal relationship and loneliness, but internet relationship and loneliness are not mediated. According to above consequences, suggestions for college students, school and further researchers.
