臺中市教保服務人員工作價值觀、工作滿意度與工作幸福感之關係

摘要


本研究旨在探討教保服務人員工作價值觀、工作滿意度與工作幸福感的關係,以自編之「教保服務人員工作價值觀、工作滿度與工作幸福感之關係」問卷,於2016年3月1日隨機抽取臺中市已立案公私立幼兒園之教保服務人員400人,回收388份;扣除無效問卷38份,有效問卷為350份。所得資料進行描述性統計、信度分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及相關分析。經歸納分析結果摘要如下: 一、教保服務人員具中高程度之工作價值觀。 二、不同年齡、婚姻、教育程度及月收入的教保服務人員之工作價值觀有顯著差異。 三、教保服務人員具中高程度之工作滿意度。 四、不同年齡、婚姻、教育程度及月收入的教保服務人員之工作滿意度有顯著差異。 五、教保服務人員具中高程度之工作幸福感。 六、不同年齡、婚姻、教育程度及月收入的教保服務人員之工作幸福感有顯著差異。 七、教保服務人員工作價值觀與工作幸福感呈正相關。 八、教保服務人員工作滿意度與工作幸福感呈正相關。

The relationship among work value, job satisfaction and well-being by Early Childhood Care Providers were studied in this research. 400 Early Childhood Care Providers who worked in the public or private registered kindergarten were randomly selected for the inquiry into ‘The questioner of relationship between value of the Early Childhood care providers and caregivers, job satisfaction and well-being’. 388 surveys were collected back and deducted 38 ineffective surveys, there were 350 effective surveys. The data were into Descriptive Statistics, Reliability Analysis, T-test, One-way analysis of variance, and related analysis.The results are summarized below: 1.The work value of Early Childhood Care Providers and caregivers is in medium high level . 2.The work value were significant different in age, marriage, level of education and mouth income of Early Childhood Care Providers background. 3.The job satisfaction differences of Early Childhood Care Providers and caregivers is in medium high level. 4.The job satisfaction were significant different in age, marriage, level of education and mouth income of Early Childhood Care Providers. 5.The work well-being of Early Childhood Care Providers and caregivers is in medium high level. 6.The well-being were significant different in age, marriage, level of education and mouth income of Early Childhood Care Providers and caregivers background. 7.The Early Childhood Care Providers and caregivers who has higher work value also has relatively higher job well-being. 8.The Early Childhood Care Providers and caregivers who has higher job satisfaction also has relatively higher job well-being.
