本研究旨在探討朝陽科技大學陸生來台動機、生活適應及學習成效之關聯性。研究對象為103學年度入學之陸生,以便利取樣,共發放460份問卷,扣除填答不完整及過度規律之無效問卷,最終有效樣本為441份,有效回收率為95.87 %。所得資料以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關分析和多元逐步迴歸分析進行分析。研究結果發現,陸生來臺動機之「學習資源」與「國際經驗」認知對「生活適應」及「學習成效」均呈現正向影響;另外,生活適應之「生理適應」、「心理適應」、「學習適應」與「社會文化適應」對學習成效具有正向影響。根據研究結果及發現提出相關建議,以做後續學校在推動陸生相關事宜應用與參考。
