Chinese Abstract

軌道車輛運動分析主要在探討軌道車輛運動過程的動態反應,如車輛直線行駛時的動態反應、車輛直線行駛時的橫向種定性分析、車輛曲線行駛時的動態反應、車輛行駛時的振動傳輸比分析。其分析方法主要是利用多剛體動力分析理論,並將輸軌接觸理論加入分析模型。以計算車輛運動過程的姿態、速度,加速度及輪軌間的接觸力。經由穩定性分析可計算車輛運動的臨界速度。經由振動傳輸比分析可探討乘坐之舒適性。軌道車輛轉向架的主懸吊彈簧係數及次懸吊彈簧係數之設計。通常取決於對運動穗定性及振動傳輸比的要求而定。且彈簧係數對穩定性及傳輸比的影響具有正反效應,本文以主懸吊彈簧係數及次懸吊彈簧係數作為變化的參數。進行特徵值分析及運動分析,以了解其對運動穩定性及振動傳輸比的影響。

English Abstract

Dynamic response of railway vehicles includes tangent track response of railway vehicles, lateral stability of railway vehicles on tangent track response of railway vehicles on curved track and transfer function analysis of railway vehicles. Method of multibody dynamic analysis and wheel-rail rolling contact theory has been used to simulate the altitude, velocity acceleration and contact force between wheel and rail. By calculating the lateral stability and transfer function, we can realize the hunting speed and ride comfort of railway vehicles. sign of primary and secondary suspension are due to the requirement of lateral stability and ride comfort. Spring constant of primary and secondary suspension are varied to investigate the influence on lateral stability and ride comfort.
