The purpose of this research is to construct self-efficacy scale of digital publishing professional and practical capability for students in institutes of higher education. Literature review and expert validity are used for the study. The participants for this self-efficacy scale will focus on students in institutes of higher education. Finally, a 22-item scale was developed. Using 5-point Likert-type scale for measure participants' self-efficacy. The results of this study may not only measure students' ability and knowledge in digital publishing domain but comprehend whether students themselves feel they benefit more from the digital publishing professional and practical courses. This study would serve as a basis for further study in digital publishing curriculum and teaching strategy development.
