精密刮削非球面微透鏡陣列製程技術

Precision Shaper of Aspherical Micro Lens Array Fabrication Technology

摘要


本文主要是開發非球面微透鏡陣列刀具路徑產生軟體,和使用超精密自由曲面加工機配合單結晶鑽石刀具,以機械加工方式製作非球面微透鏡陣列。利用此加工方式將可得到各透鏡曲面高精度的幾何位置和良好的表面形狀精度及粗糙度。

It this work we develop softwares for producing aspherical micro lens array toolpath and use an ultra-precision free-form machine with single-crystal diamond tools to fabricate aspherical micro lens array. By using the method we are able to fabricate lens with high-precision geometry as well as excellent surface accuracy and roughness.
