本研究以高解析度Ikonos-2衛星影像在無地面控制點情況下進行台灣地區精度準確性測量與評估。實驗區為台北縣八里部分地區,利用同一地區不同時間的衛星影像,分別利用2幅至多幅影像進行特徵點目標點取,並利用各自的RPC參數求取共軛參數模型,稱為RPC光束平差法;此模型主在針對影像施以改正,將改正結果與實際現地測量精度比對進行誤差分析與驗證作業,實驗證明此方法可在無地面控制點情況下仍有效提升影像精度值。
This research is to study precision of high resolution images from Ikonos-2 satellite without control point on the ground and make assessment of the precision. The pilot area is at part of LinKuo and Pali town ship in Taipei country. We use satellite images of the same place, which were taken at several different time. There are two or more satellite images taken to specific object, hence we are able to use the RPC parameters from each(image)to create a model of conjugate parameters. This method is called RPC block adjustment. This model is to make adjustment of images and do analysis of precision comparing the result of the adjustment and measurement from the field as well as do verification. This method which is proved through experiment can improve the precision of images from Ikonos-2 satellite without control point on the ground.
