當中小企業不斷成長茁壯,人員人數分工的不斷增加,已不是過去的簡單的組織架構,企業所要承擔的責任也愈來愈大,往往一個決策的成敗,小則損失訂單,大則不敢去想。以個案公司為例,有著二十五多年連接器代理銷售經驗,卻在八年前,前往大陸慘痛的失敗案例中,檢討起來是主事者一意孤行,沒有一個完整的計劃,且持續的執行,這就是目前中小企業的最大盲點。 本研究透過個案公司,一個以代理銷售為主的企業組織,要踏入連接器製造之營運策略的思維為例。結合簡單並結構化的管理方法與TRIZ理論的矛盾矩陣和創新原則,能夠幫決策者能在時間緊迫,資訊有限之條件下,快速的集中問題、整合、發想、產生創新對策。透過結構化的管理方法分析企業面臨之困境,並透過TRIZ方法結合管理意涵,迅速突破困境,提升企業競爭優勢。
