成衣用針織布料篩選之分析

紡織工業曾是台灣工業化的要角，曾在台灣經濟成長期間，創造了大量的外匯收入。但近年來由於面臨區域成本差異和全球化的競爭，為了取得更低的成本、擴大規模經濟、保持競爭力，許多台灣企業尤其是紡織產業紛紛大量外移擴展海外據點。企業的國際化對企業的經營和管理影響很大，隨著全球化的迅速發展，供應鏈管理的技術變得越來越複雜，一旦供應鏈變得複雜、時程變長，這也意味著效率低下，而且很容易因溝通障礙造成錯誤。如何能有效率地滿足客戶的需求、提高訂單的利潤、降低營運以及存貨成本，這些都是現代企業成功與否的關鍵因素。而且目前全球紡織品需求仍然有上升的趨勢，因此台灣紡織工業仍有發展的契機，關鍵在於如何找到一種新的發展經營策略。因此，本研究提出「成衣用針織布料篩選之分析」，本文針對面料屬性因子分類進行研究，採用德爾菲法與問卷調查、品質機能展開法、兩階段集群法、離散分析，藉以分析和釐清設計師在服裝開發發展階段考量的布料屬性因子，避免設計師和製造商之間的誤解，經由聚焦選擇範圍有效率找出最佳篩選布料方案，本研究可以在服裝選用針織面料的階段提高運作效率和正確性，以縮短開發時程並降低開發成本，提高客戶滿意度強化競爭力。

Textile industry played an important role in Taiwan's industrialization and economic growth. However, due to the increase of local labor cost and global competition, many textile enterprises in Taiwan have moved their factories overseas to keep their competence and cost advantages. The trend of internationalization leads to great impacts on operation and management of enterprises, especially on the management of demand and supply chains..The inefficiency of management on demand and supply chains costs time and money in the communication between buyers (i.e., apparel designers) and producers (i.e., textile manufacturers). Therefore, this research aims to investigate the associations between the requirements of designers and the properties of fabrics by using Delphi method, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), two-stage cluster analysis and discrete analysis. A case study showed that this approach could narrow down the range of fabric selection so that the target fabrics could be more efficiently identified. Consequently, the misunderstanding between designers and manufacturers was avoided, the schedule of apparel development could be shorten, and the development costs could be reduced. Ultimately, customer satisfaction and business competitiveness could be achieved.
