摘要


鋼管混凝土(Concrete Filled Steel Tubes,簡稱CFT)係為鋼管內填充混凝土之複合構件,兼具鋼筋混凝土構造費用低、抗壓強度高、勁度大,以及鋼結構韌性優良、施工快速、節省人工的優點,可同時滿足施工安全、監造容易及造價經濟等方面之需求,在地震頻繁、人口眾多、土地狹小之台灣,實為具備高推廣價值構造型式之一。 現今國內相關設計規範對於提供CFT一個簡便的設計方法與流程較為欠缺,常用之分析軟體中也沒有CFT構材之分析模組,而鑒於此,本研究配合SAP2000分析軟體開發一套CFT構件之分析程式。 其中對於CFT構造之簡化分析程序及自動化分析方式進行相關研究與模組開發,包括CFT構件之理論分析及模擬、整體之系統架構及分析套件之作用與互相之關聯性,也針對CFT構造之營建成本做相關之比較,可供為工程師進行價值工程之決策參考。

Concrete Filled Steel Tubes (CFT) is a kind of composite section consisting with the steel tube and in-filled concrete. In which, steel tube serves as a form for casing concrete to confine the concrete well and in-filled concrete provides efficient lateral support to reduce possibility local buckling of the steel tube. Since the combination of the steel tube with high tensile strength and ductility in addition to the high compressive strength and stiffness of the concrete, CFT could increase the member's load-carrying capacity to resist tension, axial force, bending moment and shear force without increasing the section size. Thus, in recent decade, CFT have been wieldy used as a structure members with high strength capacity and reducing construction cost. In recent years, the commercial software SAP2000 with powerful functions had been used generally. In design of CFT, the equivalent section transformation and confirming the axial force and bending moment interaction effect according to specification of the steel structure design are important issue. However, the complex design process and the lack of the SAP2000 function without CFP module always confuse the engineers. Whereas, in this thesis, a program had been created by the language of C# to serves as the pre and postprocessor to simply analysis process and benefit engineers. In this program, the preprocessor in transforming the CFT equivalent sections from input data to the SAP2000 format automatically and the postprocessor in checking the results according to the design specifications is able to be done. Besides, the construction cost of the CFT structure can be estimate by using this program, either. Through the development of this project, the enhancement of the working efficiency as well as the assurance of the design quality can be fulfilled. The analysis result could be a reference of decision making for engineers.
