近年來,供應鏈管理在學術及實務界引起了廣大的研究,學者與企業管理者投入了無數的時間與龐大的金額在這個領域。而在這競爭激烈的時代,已不再如過去般的只是企業與企業間的競爭,而是演變至供應鏈網路(Supply Chain Network)間的競爭。供應鏈的所有成員必須以整個供應鏈的利益為最優先考量,並使本身所處的供應鏈體系能同時兼顧「品質」、「時間」與「彈性」,才能提昇自己的競爭優勢。本研究主要目的是探討在接單式生產(BTO)型供應鏈情況下,藉由考慮不同的決策目標如:服務水準、前置時間和存貨周轉率,來找出最適合這些目標的存貨管理策略。而比較的基準是以整個供應鏈的利潤極大化為最終考量,利用數學的方式推導並輔以數學軟體配合程式的撰寫,最後透過數值範例的敏感度分析以瞭解各決策目標對存貨策略抉擇的影響。
More and more people study supply chain management recently. Scholars and business managers spend so much time and money in the field. Furthermore, Competitions between enterprises are no more like the past; they evolve into contentions between supply chain networks. All members should consider benefits of supply chain first; make their supply chain system combine quality, time and flexibility to raise superiority. This research proposes a model of supply chain using build to order strategy to develop an appropriate inventory policy from the perspectives of service level, lead-time and inventory turnover ratio. A computer code is developed to derive the suitable inventory policy. Numerical examples and sensitivity analysis are given to validate the result of the system.
