供應鏈鍵結與多產品生產環境分析之模式構建

摘要


隨著資訊科技的進步與網際網路的快速發展,任何資訊透過網路即時性的傳至世界各地,縮短了世界的距離。終端消費者可以及時得到最新產品的資訊,因此顧客對於產品的要求愈來愈高,迫使製造商與上游供應商為生存必須不斷地調整供應鏈,加強彈性與快速反應能力以滿足顧客。企業為此必須鍵結供應鏈上下游,建立合作關係,透過資訊的流通,快速反應需求的變化,才能滿足顧客。同時市場的需求變化以及多樣性的產品,使得企業不知公司內生產的哪個品項應採用何種生產環境可擁有高的服務水準、低的存貨成本以及競爭優勢。由於不同的生產環境策略會對整個供應鏈產生不同效益,因此如何有效降供應鏈活動成本與提升整體效益是目前供應鏈必須面對的一個重要課題。 本研究旨在探討製造商與其上游供應商所形成的多產品多階供應鏈,考慮供應商鍵結關係,提出鍵結流程,以鍵結一群長期合作、彼此互信的最佳供應鏈,縮減原本鍵結關係較弱的供應商,讓鍵結良好的供應商有更密切的溝通且達到經濟規模以提升利益,達到供應鏈效益最大化。為使供應鏈在多產品的競爭環境中,擁有最佳的生產環境策略以保持生產競爭優勢,於鍵結供應鏈後,發展一個多產品生產環境之整數規劃模式。以生產成本、缺貨成本、存貨成本與延遲成本為目標函數,期望以總成本最小化為前提下,規劃出多產品之BOM表內各品項的最佳生產環境、生產數量以及計畫式生產的最佳存貨水準,協助企業解決目前面臨之問題。

Followed by the rapid progress and development of information technology and internet, all information that passes through internet has instantly sent to the places all over the world and shorten the distance between people. By that the end consumers can receive the information of the latest products in time and demand more and more on the products they bought, this trend had forced the manufacturers and its upstream suppliers need to continuously adjust its supply chain and to enhance their supply flexibility and reaction capability to satisfy the customers. For that, the company needs to joint the suppliers from up and downstream and create the cooperation relationship with them, through the information circulation to react rapidly the changes of demands so the consumers can be satisfied. Meanwhile, the diversity of the market demands and products had caused the manufactures have the difficulty in deciding on which item that should go with which manufacturing environment that would achieve higher customer service level, lower inventory cost and the advantage of competitive market. Due to the difference on the production environment strategy that bring out different beneficial result to the whole supply chain; therefore, how to efficient reduce the cost of supply chain activity and upgrade the whole beneficial result are the very important issues that current supply chain should confront with. This research is mainly probe into a multiple products and multi-level supply chain formed by manufacturer and its upstream suppliers; moreover, taking joint relationship of suppliers into consideration and providing supply chain networking procedure to joint a group of reliable suppliers with good cooperated relationship to form a mutual-trust supply chain. Cut down the number of suppliers with weak joint relationship, let the better joint suppliers have closer communication between them and achieve most economical scale to upgrade its profits so the beneficial result of the supply chain can achieve to its maximum value. In order to make the supply chain own the best production environment strategy so it can remain the manufacturing competition advantage under this multiple product competition environment and then after the joint, to develop an integer programming model of the multiple product production environment. Taking production cost, shortage cost, inventory cost and postpone cost as the objective function to minimize the overall costs to plan out a BOM list of multiple products, based on the listed items to develop the best production environment, production capacity and the best inventory level of the planned production. The main purpose of this research is to help the enterprises to solve the issues they are encountered right now.
