本文研究錐桿節流器之設計參數對靜壓軸承靜態及動態特性的影響,分成靜態分析與動態分析兩個部分。靜態分析利用求解流率連續方程式得到油腔壓力計算出靜壓軸承之承載能力以及靜剛度等靜態特性。探討靜態設計參數對靜態特性之影響,並找出最大剛度之靜態設計參數。本文以分析方法研究閉式圓形靜壓止推軸承使用錐桿節流器之工作台的動態特性,探討工作台分別受步階力及改變激振頻率的簡諧力時,單向與雙向兩種錐桿節流器及軸承本身設計參數對工作台動態反應之影響。本文建立流率連續方程式、工作台及錐桿動態方程式,使用Runge-Kutta法來聯立求解工作台的動態反應,探討設計參數對工作台動態反應的影響。
This study investigates the influence of design parameters of tapered-spool type restrictors which determines the static and dynamic characteristics of hydrostatic bearings, and divided into two parts including static analysis and dynamic analysis. Static analyses calculate the load capacity and static stiffness by recesses pressure which is obtained by solving flow continuity equation. Investigating the effects of static design parameters on the static characteristics, and finds the maximum static stiffness of the design parameters. This study uses an analytical method to investigate the dynamic characteristics of a circular worktable mounted on closed-type hydrostatic thrust bearing using tapered-spool restrictors. For the influence of design parameters of single-action, double-action tapered-spool restrictors and the bearing on the dynamic responses of worktable under the step force and excitation of harmonic force are analyzed respectively. This study establishes the equations of flow continuity, the dynamic equations of worktable and tapered-spool, using Runge-Kutta method to solve the dynamic responses of worktable, and investigating the influence of design parameter on worktable dynamic response.
