智慧型手機與即時通訊軟體的發達,讓我們的生活更便利,即時通訊軟體中「已讀」功能的誕生,更是將資訊透明化,104資訊科技(2014)研究發現,有31%的人對於已讀不回有負面情緒與反應。DailyView網路溫度計(2014)整理出了網友最常反應的「十大症候群」,其中最讓網友焦慮且感到困擾的就是「已讀不回」。由上可以得知,擁有智慧型手機與即時通訊軟體,雖然讓我們溝通的速度變快了,卻也面臨了其他的問題,對即時通訊軟體的使用者來說,已讀不回已成為網路行動世代人際關係互動的重要議題,因此本研究探討資訊豐富度、平台功能的不同是否對即時通訊軟體之即時回覆預期有所影響,且藉由訊息內容涉入程度、人際關係了解已讀不回之負面情緒。研究採用實驗室實驗法將組別分為6組進行實驗,並將實驗者隨機分配至6組,透過觀察即時通訊軟體的互動情境後進行問卷的填寫,分析問卷結果發現:一、不同類型即時通訊軟體的使用者,其負面情緒之決策模式皆不同;二、即時通訊軟體中已讀功能確實會對使用者有所影響。
Smart phones and mobile instant messenger application developed, make our life more convenient, the birth of instant messenger application's "read" function, let information become more transparent, a study found that 31% of people think it negative to ignoring Read Messages. DailyView(2014) sorted out "Ten syndrome" of the reaction of most user, One of the most anxiety and distress users is the "ignoring read messages". Although smart phones and instant messenger application make our communicate speed becomes faster, but let we faces other problems, like ignoring Read Messages become an important action for interpersonal interaction issues,therefore the research will explore information richness and platform functions which will affect users’ Instant reply expected of instant messenger application,with message involvement and interpersonal relationship understand ignoring read messages behavior's negative emotions. The research uses laboratory experiment, groups are divided into six groups, and assigns the experiments to six groups by random, after viewing the movie, the experiments conduct the surveys. Analysis of the questionnaire and found that:1.users of different types of instant messaging application, its decision-making mode of negative emotions are different;2.Instant messaging application's "Read" fountion does have an impact on users.
