本研究的主要目的在於瞭解大學院校餐旅服務學類教師對於工作生活品質、工作壓力與專業承諾的知覺情形,同時探討不同背景變項之教師對工作生活品質、工作壓力與專業承諾的差異情形,以及所知覺的工作生活品質、工作壓力與專業承諾間的預測情形。研究者以自編的「大學院校餐旅服務學類教師對於工作生活品質、工作壓力與專業承諾調查問卷」作為資料收集之工具。為達成上述之研究目的,本研究以問卷調查法,蒐集大學校院之教師工作生活品質、工作壓力及專業承諾現況情形,研究樣本為全國餐旅服務學類科系之教師,以普查方式抽取樣本,以因素分析、敘述性統計、變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法探討各變數之間的關係。 研究結果發現,不同教師個人背景變項在工作生活品質、工作壓力構面及專業承諾達部分顯著,教師工作生活品質與工作壓力對專業承諾有顯著影響,依據研究結果,本研究提出建議供教育當局、學校及教師參考。
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions on quality of work life, work stress and professional commitment for hospitality teachers in universities and colleges. The study also examined the differences between among hospitality teachers with different demographic variables on their quality of working life, work stress and professional commitment. In addition, the study examined the relationship between quality of work life, work stress and professional commitment. A researcher-designed instrument, “The Questionnaire of Quality of Work Life, work stress and professional commitment for hospitality teachers in Universities and Colleges”, was used in data collection. In order to achieve the goal of the study mentioned above, the study centers on the method of questionnaire and literature analysis. Objects of questionnaire that I gave out are hospitality teachers in universities and colleges with census. Based on these purposes, this research applies the questionnaires with the statistic methods, such as factors analysis, descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-tests, one-way Analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis, to explore the relationships of variables and interpret the significance of management of relationships. Discovered from the research results that the teachers,background reached a significant level upon quality of work life, work stress and professional commitment;quality of work life and work stress had significant influence with professional commitment. In the final part, the research conclusion and suggestions were offered to the practical of universities, the bureau of education and researchers.
