摘要

鋼結構產品具有高強度、高韌度、易於自動化機械施工特性，近年來營建業廣泛應用於建築之中。鋼結構產業則有勞力、資本、及技術密集特性，營收深受營建業景氣及公共工程影響。鋼結構相關業者因應長期的經濟起伏可調整經營策略，但若發生短期不可抗力因素，例如天災，是否會對鋼結構市場有所影響，則是本研究探討的焦點。
本研究以九二一地震及莫拉克風災為例，以重大經濟事件-本土型金融危機及金融海嘯為背景，從供給及需求的角度檢驗天災發生前一年與發生後一年間的鋼結構產品的生產、銷售、存貨是否有變化，評估對市場的影響。研究結果發現，在短期之內，金融危機對市場起伏反應比天災快，而天災則不一定對市場的變化有顯著的影響。

Steel products with high strength, high toughness, ease of construction characteristics of automated machinery, construction industry in recent years is widely used in construction. The steel industry, labor, capital and technology-intensive features, the revenue received by the boom of the construction industry and public works. The steel structure industry in response to long-term economic cycles and to adjust the business strategy, but if the occurrence of short-term force majeure such as natural disasters, and whether it will have an impact on steel markets, it is the focus of this study.
In this study, the earthquake and Morakot, for example, the background of the major economic events - local financial crisis and the financial tsunami, the steel products from the point of view of supply and demand for inspection of natural disasters occur the previous year and the year after the occurrence of production, sales, inventory changes, assess the impact on the market. The study found that in the short term, the financial crisis on the market ups and downs reaction faster than the natural disasters, but natural disasters do not necessarily have a significant impact on changes in the market.
