本研究主要從「生計發展論」的觀點,探討處於職業試探階段的高(中)職幼兒保育科學生,在生計發展過程中的生計準備與生計選擇情形,及其主要之影響因素,以瞭解高(中)職幼兒保育科學生畢業前夕對幼教工作的認識、對自身生計能力的評估、對本身職業價值觀的釐清及現階段生計選擇的概況。 針對上述目的,本研究以問卷調查方式,對台北縣市、桃園縣、新竹縣市高(中)職幼兒保育科日間部三年級之應屆畢業生,發出「生計準備與生計選擇」問卷,再利用次數分配、百分比、T考驗、單因子變異數分析、卡方考驗、皮爾遜積差相關及多元迴歸等統計方法加以分析。 玆將本研究之主要結論列舉如下: 一、 高(中)職幼兒保育科應屆畢業生對幼教的認識符應幼教實務工作現況;生計能力自評結果尚可符合幼教實務工作所需;職業價值觀則趨向於重視物質性之外顯價值觀,例如:待遇、環境等。 二、 高(中)職幼兒保育科應屆畢業生生計選擇以升學為主,其次依序為選擇與幼教無關工作、幼教實務工作、幼教相關工作、其他、不升學不就業。 三、 期望是促成職業生涯發展重要因素;專業實習是生計能力重要影響因素。 四、 幼教的認識、生計能力、學業成績、個人及父母教育期望與生計選擇有關,且具有預測力。 五、 高職畢業生生計選擇朝向多元化發展,學校的生計輔導也應朝向多元輔 導。
This study based on the “career development theories ”. The purpose of this study was to explore the conditions and influential factors of career preparation and career decision-making of the graduates form the early childhood education department in vocational high school .This study was to understand the vocational awareness, career ability, career values and career decision-making of the graduates form the early childhood education department in vocational high school . This study was adopted survey research method , and used a researcher-developed “Questionnaire of career preparation and career decision-making” to collect data from the graduates in vocational high school in Taipei ,Taoyuan, hsinchu. The results was analyzed with statistical procedures, such as T-test, one-way ANOVA, Chi-squares test, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise-multiple regression. The conclusion of the research was as follows: 1. The career awareness of the graduates from the early childhood education department wast to fit the condition of early childhood education;The evaluation of career ability of the graduates from the early childhood education department wast to fit the needs of early childhood educator; The career values to which the graduates from the early childhood education department in order of importance are extrinsicvalues,such as salary,environment of work. 2. The career decision-making to which the graduates from the early childhood education department in order are pursuing a higher education, the vocation of uncorrelation with early childhood education, early childhood educators. 3. Expectation is the important factor to help career development of the graduates in vocational high school ; Professional practice is the main influential factors of career ability . 4. There were five factors (vocational awareness,career ability,score, self-expectations of education and parent’s expectations of education)can predict graduates’ career decision-making. 5. The career decision-making of graduates was toward to muiltiform decision, so the career guidance sure be toward to muiltiform guidance.
