雲林縣教師知覺轉型優質計畫執行現況及其影響因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解雲林縣轉優學校教師知覺轉型優質計畫政策執行現況及執 行影響因素的現況,並探討不同背景變項的轉優學校教師,對轉型優質計畫政策 執行現況與影響因素之差異情形,進而探討兩者之間的關係。 本研究係採問卷調查法,調查研究對象為雲林縣轉優學校教師,有效問卷共 計432份。正式問卷回收後,分別以描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、 皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸等統計方法對回收的資料進行分析。本研究得到下列 幾項結論: 一、教師知覺的轉優整體執行現況為中上程度,其中以「學校課程發展與實施」 的知覺度最高,「學生多元學習能力的建構」最低。 二、教師知覺轉優執行影響因素的整體配合狀況為中低程度,其中以「執行組織 的特性」配合狀況度最高,「政策本身的特質」最低。 三、研究所以上畢業、兼教務工作主任組長及中線學校之教師,對整體轉優執行 現況有較高的知覺度。 四、中線(虎尾區與西螺區)學校、服務年資五年以下的教師,對整體轉優政策 執行影響因素有較高的知覺度。 五、教師知覺轉優政策執行現況與執行影響因素呈顯著正相關。 六、執行人員意願與能力、執行組織的特性、轉優年資、學歷、性別對「整體執 行現況」具有預測力,其中以「執行人員意願與能力」的預測力最佳。 最後,依據研究結果,提出具體建議,以作為教育行政機關、學校及後續研 究之參考。

The main purpose of this study aims to investigate the different consciousness of elementary school teachers in Yunlin County from different backgrounds toward the perception on current condition of Transformative Quality Plan policy implementation and the factors of influencing. Also, the study proposes the correlation between current condition of Transformative Quality Plan policy implementation and the factors of influencing. For Questionnaire survey was employed in the study. The population was the transformative quality education of the elementary school teachers in Yunlin County.There were 432 valid copies. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Multiple regression analysis. According to the result of data analysis, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. The transformative quality education of the elementary school teachers showed mid-high perception of Transformative Quality Plan policy implementation .The level of “Development and implementation of the school curriculum”was the highest while the level of “Multiple learning ability of students” was the lowest. 2. The transformative quality education of the elementary school teachers showed mid-below perception of the factors influencing Transformative Quality Plan policy implementation. The level of “Characteristics of the performing organization”was the highest while the level of “Characteristics of the policy itself” was the lowest. 3. Teachers who insitute graduated , directors and leaders of the Academic Affairs , teachers who in in Huwei and Hsiluo areas, possessed higher perception of currentcondition of Transformative Quality Plan implementation. 4. Teachers who in Huwei and Hsiluo areas , teachers who less than five years of working experience possessed higher perception of the factors influencing Transformative Quality Plan implementation. 5. There were significant positive correlation between the factors of influencing Transformative Quality Plan policy implementation and the current situations of it. 6. “Executor’s Willngness and ability”, “Characteristics of the performing organization”,“Working experience of Transformative Quality Plan”, “educational background”, and “gender” can predict the current situations of Transformative Quality Plan policy implementation . And “Executor’s Willngness and ability” was the best predictor when regression prediction was applied to analysis of current staus of Transformative Quality Plan. According to the results, suggestions for authorities of educational administration, elementary school and further study were proposed.
