高屏地區食品業者對食品系畢業生就業力之研究

摘要 學號:M10170001 總頁數:183 論文名稱:高屏地區食品業者對食品系畢業生就業力之研究 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 所別:技術及職業教育研究所 畢業時間及摘要別: 103 學年度第 1 學期 碩士學位論文摘要 研究生:戴佩珍 指導教授:羅希哲 博士 論文摘要內容: 本研究旨在討探高屏地品食品業對食品系畢業生之應具備專業能力表現與實際就業表現之關係。採研究者自編「食品業者對食品系畢業生之應具備專業能力表現與實際就業表現問卷」為研究工具,以高屏地區56間食品企業之雇主及主管為對象。發放問卷523份,有效問卷352份,有效回收率67.30%。以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析法進行資料處理。研究結果如下: 一、 高屏地區食品業者對食品系畢業生整體應具備專業能力表現屬於中高程度,且會因不同的性別、年齡、教學程度、職稱及部門而有所差異。 二、 高屏地區食品業者對食品系畢業生整體實際就業表現屬於中低程度,且會因不同的年齡、教學程度、職稱及部門而有所差異。 三、 高屏地區食品業者對食品系畢業生整體應具備專業能力表現與整體實際就業表現具有顯著負相關存在。 四、 高屏地區食品業者對食品系畢業生整體「應具備專業能力表現」對整體「實際就業表現」感受有顯著預測力,其中以應具備專業能力表現之「應具備就業力核心技能能力表現」層面的預測力最大。 關鍵詞:就業力、專業能力、實際就業表現

According to the research purposes, a questionnaire survey was mainly conducted. A total of 523 questionnaires were delivered to employers and managers of 56 food industries in Kaohsiung-Pingtung area, 352 copies were categorized as effective questionnaires and the effective response rate was 67.3%. The obtained data was analysed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple-regression procedure. The results showed as followed: 1. The food industry in Kaohsiung-Pingtung considered that graduates’ competence of food science departments showed high-intermediate level, which deponded on gender, age, educational background, positions and departments in the company. 2. Graduates' performance of food science departments were considered not to reach an intermediate level yet, which deponded on gender, age, educational background, positions and departments in the company. 3. According to the views of the food industry in Kaohsiung-Pingtung area, there was a remarkably negative correlation between graduates’ competence of food science departments in Taiwan and their performance. 4. Those food industry in Kaohsiung-Pingtung area considered that there were a remarkable predictability between the graduates’ competence of food science departments, particularly on the core abilities, and their performance.
