班級氣氛對學生知覺體育教師回饋影響之研究-以台中市海線地區為例

A Study on Classmate Climate and Perceptive of Teacher Feedback: An Example of Junior High School Students of Coastal Area in Taichung City

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中生班級氣氛對知覺體育教師回饋之影響性,以台中市海線地區國民中學,七、八、九年級普通班學生為研究對象,採分層叢集抽樣方式,發出問卷1260份,回收有效問卷1195份(男性582人、女性613人),有效回收率達95%。所得資料經描述性統計、多元同時迴歸分析及中介效果檢定等分析後,得以下結果:體育教師班級氣氛,在導師班級氣氛及學生知覺體育教師回饋間,具有完全中介效果,即導師班級氣氛係透過體育教師班級氣氛,進而正向影響學生知覺體育教師回饋。研究亦發現,導師班級氣氛「目標」、「滿意」、「班規」、「團結」、「民主」對體育教師班級氣氛具有正向顯著影響;體育教師班級氣氛「教師支持」、「同儕支持」對知覺體育教師回饋具有正向顯著影響,而「自我支持」則為負向影響,最後根據研究結果,提出實務之策略及建議。

This aim of the research is inquiring into the class atmosphere to the influence of the consciousness athletics teacher''s feedback of junior high school student, which is located at the sea line region of Taichung City. The research object is the seventh, eighth and ninth grade students of ordinary classes, which adopting the layering cluster sampling method, sending out 1260s of questionnaire and recover valid 1195s of questionnaire, the valid recovery rate is 95%, male 582 people, female 613 people. Gaining the data can descend the result after the describing statistics, multiple regression and all the statisticsing analysis. The sathletic teacher of the class atmosphere, at tutor of the class atmosphere and the student consciousness of sathletic teacher give something back to, have completely in lie the result, namely tutor of the class atmosphere is through sathletic teacher of the class atmosphere, and then just to influence the students consciousness of sathletic teacher''s feedback. We can get the detection of the research, tutor''s class atmosphere , such as "class goal","satisfaction","class rules","incorporation","democracy" to athletics teacher of the class atmosphere has just toward obvious influential; sathletics teachers of class atmosphere, such as "teacher support","peers" ,"support" to the consciousness of sathletic teacher will give something back to obvious influence, however , " self- support " is the negative influence. Finally, according to the research result, put forward the strategies and the suggestion of the actual situation.
