本研究旨在探討國中生體感體驗對體驗滿意度與運動態度之關係,並瞭解不同背景變項的國中生之差異情形。以台中市私立弘文中學國中生為研究對象,採叢集抽樣方式選取班級進行問卷調查,共計發放445份問卷,回收有效問卷415份,有效回收率達93.2%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析等分析後,獲得結果如下:國中生體驗Wii Sports後在體感體驗之「感官情感」感受頗佳;在體驗滿意度之「放鬆」感受體會最深刻;在運動態度之「情意」感受是最高;不同年級的國中生在思考行動上達顯著差異;女生、課餘間較常參與運動及較常會與家人一同去運動學生對運動態度有較高的認同感;本研究藉由Wii Sports 體感遊戲機的體驗課程中發現,體感體驗之「思考行動」、「感官情感」及「關聯」能有效預測體驗滿意度與運動態度;體驗滿意度之「放鬆」、「生理」及「心理」能有效預測運動態度。根據本研究結果與建議,提供學校體育教育相關單位參考依據,以達運動教育之目的。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the somatosensory experience of junior high school students, was aimed at the relationship between experience satisfaction and exercise attitude, and also focuses on the students’ differences between different backgrounds variables. The subjects are the junior high school students from Hong Wen High School in Taichung. We used the cluster sampling to choose the class members and sent out 455 questionnaires in total. 415 ones were returned, and the effective response rate was 90%. The material would be analyzed through descriptive statistics, independent Sample t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis and multiple regressions. The results were as follows: after students play wii, their somatosensory experiences are good in “sense feel;” they are most impressive on “relaxational part” in experience satisfaction and their affective value among exercise attitude was the highest. Moreover, students’ thinking and acts are significantly different among different grades. Girls, those who were willing to take exercise during break time and those who often exercise with their family have higher identity with the exercise attitude. By experiencing Wii Sports, we found that the “think and act,” “sense and feel,” and “relation” of somatosensory experiences can predict the experience satisfaction and exercise attitude efficiently. According to the results, the educational related units can take them as reference to achieve the sports educational improvement.
