本研究目的探討專業背景及程度對花藝設計評價的視覺認知差異之研究,研究樣本以花藝設計的初學者及教授級,在初學者中分為設計背景及非設計背景,研究問卷以花藝設計的評分標準分為三大項目,「整體性」、「色彩」及「創意性」,共18個因子為問項內容。受測者為專業程度及專業背景,瞭解受測者對於歐式花藝作品評價的視覺認知差異,藉以了解在未來的花藝設計教學上那些評價項目需要加以訓練及說明。資料分析方法採用敘述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數檢定分析。 研究結果顯示年齡55歲以上的受測者與15-24歲的受測者兩者影響的評價項目居多,年齡在花藝設計評價的視覺認知上具有差異;男、女性別在「整體性」造型及質感項目具有差異性;專業背景在「整體性」質感項目具有差異性;專業程度確實影響花藝設計評價的視覺認知之項目。 專業背景及專業程度對於歐式花藝設計評價的視覺認知具有落差,在未來的花藝教學上可以針對差異性項目加強反覆操作練習,並可以讓教學者更明白學習者的盲點,以利於作品呈現更加完整與豐富。
Purpose of this study was to explore the visual floral design evaluation study of cognitive differences, research samples to the National Floriculture contest winners as a sample study questionnaire floral design evaluation factors made 18 visual cognition is asking items. Subjects for professional degree and professional background to understand the subjects evaluated for European floral works of visual cognitive differences, in order to understand the future of floral design in teaching and learning evaluation projects that need to be trained and description. Data analysis methods using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA test analysis. The results show that professional level does affect the visual perception floral design evaluation of projects, professional background texture project has an impact on the integrity of the differences between visual perception; gender impact assessment for the floral design project for the overall shape and texture; terms of age 55 older subjects and subjects aged 15-24 impact assessments of both projects mostly, we can say the age of floral design evaluation of the visual perception has differences. Professional level and professional background for European floral design evaluation of the visual perception has serious gap in the future floral education can be repeated for the evaluation of projects to enhance operational practice and allows educators more aware of the learner''s blind spot, in order to facilitate work presents more full and rich.
