本研究目的旨在探討國高中階段跆拳道選手參與動機、團隊凝聚力、訓練滿意度對持續參與意願的影響。研究對象為實際參與跆拳道訓練,且目前就讀於中部地區國高中階段之跆拳道選手,以便利抽樣發放問卷430份,回收有效問卷413份,正式問卷有效回收率為96.0%。統計分析方式包含描述性統計、探索性因素分析、信度分析、偏最小平方法( partial least squares; PLS ) 等統計方法進行問卷之分析,所得資料經統計分析後,本研究發現結果如下:跆拳道選手在「團隊凝聚力」及「持續參與意願」達部分差異;「參與動機」會正向影響「團隊凝聚力」、「訓練滿意度」與「持續參與意願」,且「參與動機」可經由「團隊凝聚力」間接影響「訓練滿意度」,亦可經由「訓練滿意度」間接影響「持續參與意願」;而「團隊凝聚力」亦正向影響「訓練滿意度」與「持續參與意願」,且「團隊凝聚力」可經由「訓練滿意度」間接影響「持續參與意願」;而「訓練滿意度」會正向影響國高中階段跆拳道選手的「持續參與意願」。
This study explored the influence of participation motivation , team cohesion and training satisfaction on continuance intention. The research subjects are TaeKwonDo student athletes with a questionnaire survey instrument. The study implemented a convenience sampling approach. There were 430 questionnaires distributed, and 413 valid questionnaires were collected, for a response rate of 96.0% after the invalid questionnaires were removed from the data. The study used several statistical approaches, including descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity testing and partial least squares (PLS). The study results were as follows:team cohesion and continuance intention have significant differences.The findings were that participation motivation positively affected team cohesion , training satisfaction and continuance intention , participation motivation through team cohesion indirectly affected training satisfaction , and through training satisfaction indirectly affected continuance intention ; team cohesion also positively affected training satisfaction and continuance intention, and team cohesion through training satisfaction indirectly affected continuance intention; finally, training satisfaction positively affected continuance intention.
