軟體產品品質模式衡量之研究

摘要


邁向資訊時代,世人對軟體產品的需求與日遽增,軟體業者一方面面臨著產品交期不斷縮減的壓力,一方面要滿足顧客多樣化的需求,該如何在緊迫的時間內將符合顧客需求的軟體產品如期送達,一直是軟體業者努力的方向。而就顧客而言,如何在眾多廠商及軟體產品之間,找出符合需求和幫助解決其所面臨問題的產品,則是顧客所迫切需要的。因此,本論文之目的在建立一個品質模式,透過模糊理論來衡量軟體產品品質,以增進軟體開發者與使用者間對彼此需求的了解。 本研究結合McCall的軟體品質十一要素與ISO9126-1的品質模式,規劃出品質模式,以對軟體產品品質做更全面性的探討。我們使用模糊德菲法以取得開發者的共識,作為各產品品質的權重,並使用模糊綜合評判與綜合評判加權平均法來計算軟體品質綜合評判值以及使用者滿意度,對品質因素做更進一步的分析與探討,以提供軟體業者之決策參考。本論文藉由一系統案例來呈現我們提出的品質模式與衡量方法之可行性。

Information industry is flourishing at present that the demand of software products has increased. To the software suppliers, on one hand, they must face the time pressure of product delivery, and on the other hand, they also must satisfy every variety of customer’s needs. To the customers, how to find out and select software products that least fit their needs and solve their problems among many software suppliers is essential. The objective of this thesis is to establish a quality model and use the fuzzy theory to measure software product quality, thereby providing more understandability of the needs between software developers and users. Our research combines McCall’s “Software Quality Factors” and ISO9126-1 “Quality Model” to form a Software Product Quality Model for more complete measurement of software quality attributes. We adopt Fuzzy Delphi Method to get a common consensus of system developers and obtain the weight of quality attributes. We then use fuzzy synthesis assessment and its weighted averages method to compute the so-called quality synthesis assessment value and degree of user satisfaction. According to these values, we do further analysis and exploration of quality attributes which will provide decision support for software suppliers. This thesis also uses an ERP system as an example to demonstrate the feasibility of our proposed quality model and measurement approach.
