摘要

自七○年代以來，專家系統於分析化學領域之應用就相當普遍，尤其是近年來於液相層析分離方法之應用更引人注意。而檢驗研究方法研擬為本局目前之研究重點，若能運用專家系統之技術，將有助於本區研究水準之提昇。本文嘗試在中文系統環境下，開發一個規劃液相層析分離方法之原型專家系統，並期望未來能進一步擴充。

Expert system technologies have been applied. exlensively in analytical chemistry since the 1970s, and recently in liquid chromatography area. One of the main areas of our research project is method development. We can enhance our research, if we intrduce expert system technologies to our studying of method development. This paper tries to develop a expert system prototype for a liquid chromatography and to suggest an appropriate type of chromatography and mobile phases in the Chinese environment. We expect to expand it in the future.
