恆春半島生態系服務價值之評估

Assessing the Ecosystem Service Values in the Hengchun Peninsula, Taiwan

摘要


本研究以恆春半島為研究區,評估8種可供應人類生存與提升生活品質之生態系服務價值,研究方法乃整合遙測及市場價格法進行推算。遙測推算法係藉由衛星影像分類法取得土地覆蓋分佈與面積,並參考生態系服務價值係數,進一步推算其中4種生態系服務價值,另蒐集本研究區與生態系服務有關之各種產品供給量及其市場單價資訊,以市場價格法推算其餘4種生態系服務價值。研究結果顯示,8種主要生態系服務價值自高至低排序為養分循環(約新台幣1,398.50百萬元yr^(-1))、原料(約新台幣1,099.28百萬元yr^(-1))、食物生產(約新台幣893.86百萬元yr^(-1))、水資源(約新台幣455.84百萬元yr^(-1))、沖蝕控制(約新台幣375.52百萬元yr^(-1))、氣候調節(約新台幣338.24百萬元yr^(-1))、遊憩資源(約新台幣72.98百萬元yr^(-1))及基因資源(約新台幣62.19百萬元yr^(-1)),總計約新台幣4,696.41百萬元yr^(-1)。

The purpose of this paper was combined remote sensing with a market value method to evaluate 8 ecosystem service values that provide the subsistence and quality life for human in the Hengchun Peninsula. The first, we identified the spatial extent and area of land cover categories using satellite data with an image classification method. Then coefficients and biomes were used to match with each land cover category, and estimate 4 ecosystem service values. The second, the governmental statistics of output were collected to value other ecosystem services based on a market value method. Results showed that the sequence from high to low for 8 ecosystem service values was nutrient cycling (around NT$ 1,398.50 million yr^(-1)), raw materials (around NT$ 1,099.28 million yr^(-1)), food production (around NT$ 893.86 million yr^(-1)), water supply (around NT$ 455.84 million yr^(-1)), erosion control (around NT$ 375.52 million yr^(-1)), climate regulation (around NT$ 338.24 million yr^(-1)), recreation (around NT$ 72.98 million yr^(-1)) and genetic resources (around NT$ 62.19 million yr^(-1)), The total ecosystem service value was around NT$ 4,696.41 million yr^(-1).
