台北市生活環境認知特性之研究

The Characteristics on Recognition of Living Environment in Taipei City

摘要


本文應用羣體決策的腦力激盪法,構律都市生活環境評估體系的階層結構,同時對台北市進行實況調查,以瞭解現有環境的實質狀況,並就實質反映的評估,應用層級分析法(AHP)與評點轉換,以構建環境評估模式,分析台北市各行政地區居民對生活環境的認知情形。從台北市實證結果,地方政府可擬定都市環境改善的優先順序。

This paper is to construct a hierarchical structure for urban environment evaluation system by use of brainstorming method, which is one of group decision making methods. Physical surveys in Taipei city is then conducted to monitor the prevailing environmental states. Through the evaluation of questionair's responses, an environmental evaluation model is constructed through an integration of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and scores transformation to analyze the value recognition of the living environment of residents in each administrative zone. From the results of the empirical study in Taipei City, local government can determine the priority of urban environmental improvement programs base on these results.
