新人類由於成長於不同的環境,有著不同的工作價值觀與工作態度,對於企業而言是相當值得重視與運用的人力資源,因此本研究主要的目的在探討影響新人類員工工作滿足相關因素。而影響工作滿足的前因變項包括個人屬性與工作環境。因此本研究將以此相關理論作為整個研究概念建構的基礎。以工作價值觀與工作生活品質作為自變項,工作滿足作為依變項來探討整個影響情形。研究方法採問卷調查法。根據研究結果發現,員工工作生活品質對工作滿足預測能力明顯大於工作價值觀。因此,組織在探討新人類工作滿足時不能只考慮員工個人屬性,更應提供良好員工工作生活品質。這些發現在理論與實務上可提供學術單位與企業作參考。
Due to growing up in different formative environment, the New Generation have different work values and job attitude. As the result, how to Manage New Generation become more and more important among the corporation. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship among work values, quality of work life and job satisfaction for the New Generation. The study is basis on the Job Satisfaction model with Seashore & Taberl(1975) to build the structure of this thesis. Questionnaire method is adopted in this study. According to the result of this study shows that Quality of Work Life(QWL) influence to Job Satisfaction is greater than Work values do. Through Stepwise Regression Analysis reveals Quality of Work Life has powerful explanation to Job Satisfaction. The results can provide practical implications to organizations.
