從動態系統之觀點探究跑步動作中的下肢傷害風險

A Dynamical System Investigation of Lower Extremity Injury Risk during Running

摘要


跑步雖然是一有益健康的運動,但其卻有高下肢受傷率的問題,尤其是膝關節,因此,便有跑步膝一詞的出現,故若能解決此問題,可讓跑步運動更具健康效益。而跑步是一多關節、多肢段參與的動作,過去研究指出下肢關節間活動的相互關係與跑步的傷害極具關聯。以此,近年來生物力學研究開始嘗試以動態系統理論來探究跑步的傷害風險與因素,以獲得更多的訊息。以此,本文將介紹動態系統理論中的相對相位角分析方法應用於跑步動作中下肢傷害的探究,並彙整近年來相關之研究。

Running can be used to improve health-related physical fitness. Unfortunately, the risk of running-induced injury to the lower extremity is high, particularly the knee joint. Therefore, there is a noun named runner's knee. If this problem can be solved, health benefits of running can be elevated. Running is a multi-joint, multi-segment complex motor skill. Previous studies indicated that the interaction between lower extremities joint actions inadequate often accompanies injuries. For this reason, in recent years several biomechanical studies have investigated the risk and reason of lower extremity injury by using the dynamical system theory to get more information about running injuries. Hence, this text will introduce the method of relative phase angle analysis in dynamical systems theory that applied to the investigation of lower extremity injuries in running activity, and take reviews of relative research in recent years.
