You Let Me Make It: A Study of the Proxy Efficacy in Exercises

摘要


本研究目的在於對健身運動代理效能內涵作一初步探討。研究對象為3位健身運動教練及5位健身運動參與者。本研究以質性研究方式為主,研究方法採訪談法,訪談的資料轉換為文字稿之後,採分析的歸納予以分類,並採用質性研究中之「分析者三角測定法」以求得分類上之信度。研究結果得出兩大類目:(一)專業能力:包括強化動機、指導技巧、個人能力;(二)人格特質:包括態度、形象、溝通。最後,研究者提出一些應用上與研究上之建議。

This study explored the nature of proxy efficacy in exercising. The subjects were 3 instructors and 5 exercise participators. Based on the qualitative research, the interview method was used. After documenting the interview data, we classified these documents by using the analytic induction method and used the analyzer-triangulation of the qualitative research to find the credibility of classifying. The results of this study included: (1) the professional abilities which include motivation, instructing skills and personal abilities; (2) the personality traits which include attitude, impression and communication. Finally, suggestions as regards practical application and future research were offered.
