摘要

醫經醫史是古典中醫學的核心，也是中醫學發展過程中重要的奠基石。中醫學文獻具備多重特性並互為結構，斷然將中醫學的理論與歷史一分為二，會造成理解與實踐上的障礙。本文試圖以醫者視角探討古典中醫學「尊古依托」現象在歷史文化之外的實際意義，並論述現代中醫學的傳承與教育是否可能脫離經典文本而以「現代化」教材完全取代？古典中醫學是一門「神、心、體、技、覺」合一的學問，探索古典中醫過程中無法忽視歷史與理論、覺知與驗證同時存在的事實。「尊古與依託」的論述背後其實具有醫界內部高標準的規範與專業上的自我期許，而「現代化」教材的人為框架更無法完全取代經典中涵蓋的廣泛內容。研究醫經醫史時，不可忽略「釐清與整合」是「實踐與創新」的基礎，在中醫學的世界裡，「歷史」與「純醫學」始終緊密相連。

The medical classics and medical history are not only the core of classical Chinese medicine, but also an important foundation stone in its development process. The Chinese medical literature contain multiple identities, it will result in barriers to understanding and practice if we dividing them. This paper attempts to explore the classical Chinese medical view about ”respect for and relying on the ancient” phenomenon beyond the history and culture, and discusses whether the ”modern” materials can replace the classic texts completely on medical education? Classical Chinese medicine is a comprehensive knowledge of ”mind, heart, body, skills, and feel”. Explore the process of classical Chinese medicine can not ignore the existence about history and theory, awareness and validation. The characterization of ”respect for and relying on the ancient” phenomenon hide the high standard of internal norms and professional self-expectations in medical community actually, and ”modernization” of educational materials can not be completely replaced classical frame which covered a wide range of content. In the Chinese medical world, ”history” and ”purely medical” has always been closely linked.
