產學攜手計畫對學員職涯發展之影響-以台灣半導體產業之產學攜手計畫為例

The Impact of Industry-University Collaboration Education on Student Career Development-A Case Study on Semiconductor Industry

摘要


過去的建教合作及產學合作計畫發展下,有不少的大專院校開始推動實施,也由於近年教育部推動「產學攜手合作計畫」,主要提供學生企業實習機會,透過技職院校與產業的緊密結合,培育產業所需人才,提升產業競爭力。本研究透過文獻探討及對產學攜手班級學生的問卷調查,來瞭解學生、學校、業界對「產學攜手合作計畫」實施企業與學校的滿意度及整體績效兩部分的相互影響,同時兼顧強化技職教育的務實性,以落實產學攜手合作計畫並強化其實施成效,最後對學校、教育、業界等三方提出結論與建議。

This study aims to investigate practical effectiveness evaluation of industry-university collaboration education in M Institute of Technology to realize the perception of different stakeholders. Questionnaires and interviews were employed to collect data. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) most of managers in cooperative enterprises and students and teachers in M institute of Technology are almost satisfied with the implementation of industry-university collaboration education, but there is some space to improve; (2) managers and teachers highly value the benefits of industry-university collaboration education, but they feel about students' attitude to be improved. The study results will be put forth as reference of enterprises, schools and students.
