本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民小學實施提升學生游泳能力中程計畫之現況及困難因素,並提出司行性建議。研究對象以桃園縣國民小學之體育組長或訓育組長為調查對象,採自編「桃園縣國民小學實施提升學生游泳能力中程計畫問卷」進行普查175份,回收154份,其有效問卷佔88%,所蒐集之資料經由描述性統計之次數分配、百分比方法進行分析。其研究的結果如下:(一)桃園縣各國小實施提升學生游泳能力中程計畫之學校偏低(佔21.4%);(二)游泳教學師資以外聘游泳教練為主(佔42.9%);(三)實施游泳教學場地合作對象以社區內外之民營溫水游泳池為主(佔81.8%);(四)桃園縣各國小實施提升學生游泳能力中程計畫之困難因素為:游泳師資及救生人員不足且不均;收費困難,家長反對;場地不足,交通不便。並根據研究所得,提出建議供教育主管單位、學校及後續研究參考。
The purpose of this study is to discuss the current situations and difficulties of executing the medium range plan, which was proposed by Ministry of education, to improve the students' swimming skills in the primary schools in Tao-Yuan County and providing the suggestions. The objects of the research are leaders of the P.E. group or student-counseling group in the primary schools in Tao-Yuan. It was carried out by the questionnaires, which 175 copies sent and 154 copies are retrieved. The effective rate is 88%. All the data is analyzed by descriptive statistics such as percentage, frequency distribution. The results of the research are as follows; Ⅰ. Executing Status: 1. the executing rate is too law (21.4%). 2. the most of the teachers are from external swimming coaches (42.9%). 3. the major cooperative locations are private warm-water swimming pools inside or outside the community (81.8%). Ⅱ. The difficulties: 1. Qualified swimming teachers and lifeguards are not enough and distributed disproportionately. 2. It was hard to charge. 3. Parents opposed. 4. The swimming pools are not enough. 5. Transportation is not convenient. According to the research, we provide the suggestions for the supervisors of the education systems, schools and further studying.
