Bioaerosols produced from dental treatment procedures may affect indoor air quality, increase the exposure risk and then cause health effects in dental health care workers. Previous studies indicated that dental health care workers had a higher risk to expose microorganisms in workplaces than the other workers. We presented the results of dental related literature in the review article and these results would be helpful to dental departments for the air quality monitoring and improvement in the future.
