摘要

健康照護矩陣爲增進病人安全與醫療品質的新工具，它是由美國醫學研究院(IOM)的六項醫療品質目標，以及美國畢業後醫學教育評鑑委員會(ACGME)的住院醫師六項核心能力所組合而成。本文介紹健康照護矩陣的使用方法，並分析爲何健康照護矩陣可以成爲保障病人安全的有效工具。最後本文將探討它實際使用上的困難，並提供幾點改善的建議。

In order to promote patient safety and the quality of healthcare, Healthcare Matrix provides one of the useful tools which link 6 core competencies characterized by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and 6 Dimensions of Quality characterized by the Institute of Medicine of the US (IOM). This article describes the operating procedures of Healthcare Matrix and analyzes the factors why Healthcare Matrix is the most effective tool for protecting the safety of patients. Finally, this article also explores the practical difficulties in clinical evaluations, and provides several recommendations for improvement.
