How to Use the Concept of Smart Technology to Create Tourism in the "Post-Epidemic" Era

摘要


旅遊業是與技術發展直接或間接相關的一個部門,其目的是提高客戶滿意度,提供競爭優勢並保護環境。似乎已經在旅遊業中使用了技術來採用信息和通信技術的創新。在這個方向上,近年來,智能旅遊概念已經成為一種基於技術和環境的新方法。儘管文獻中有各種定義,但可以看出,智能旅遊概念的通用定義尚不存在。這項研究是文獻綜述,其目的是通過檢查文獻中的不同定義,為在文獻中創建通用定義做出貢獻。有關智能旅遊的文獻與共同的方面,均強調信息和通信技術以及智能目的概念被視為對智能旅遊的描述和解釋的基礎。可以看出,當智能旅遊定義將突出顯示移動應用程序、智能手機、社交媒體和物聯網。

Tourism is a sector directly or indirectly related to technological development. Its purpose is to increase customer satisfaction, provide a competitive advantage and protect the environment. It seems that technology has been used in the tourism industry to adopt information and communication technology innovations. In this direction, in recent years, the concept of smart tourism has become a new method based on technology and the environment. Although there are various definitions in the literature, it can be seen that a general definition of the concept of smart tourism does not yet exist. This research is a literature review, and its purpose is to contribute to the creation of a common definition in the literature by examining the different definitions in the literature. The literature and common aspects of smart tourism emphasize that information and communication technology and the concept of smart purpose are regarded as the basis for the description and interpretation of smart tourism. It can be seen that when the definition of smart tourism will highlight mobile applications, smart phones, social media and the Internet of Things.
