環境教育對節能減碳傾向影響的心理歷程分析:相依我及環境集體責任的調節效果

Analysis of the Effect of Environmental Education on Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Tendencies from Psychological Processes: Identifying Moderating Effects of Interdependent Self and Collective Environmental Duty

摘要


本研究以大學進修部學生、EMBA研究生為受試者,採用類實驗設計,主要目的在探討環境教育對於節能減碳傾向、環保道德情緒及環保道德解離等變項的影響,環保道德情緒、環保道德解離及節能減碳傾向的影響關係,以及相依我和環境責任感對上述關係的干擾效果。分析468份有效樣本獲得以下發現。首先,環境教育對於節能減碳傾向和環保道德情緒具有正向影響;其次,環保道德情緒會降低環保道德解離,增加節能減碳傾向;再者,相依我會增強環保道德情緒對環保道德解離的負向影響;最後,環境責任感會增強環保道德情緒對環保道德解離的負向影響,環境責任感會弱化環保道德情緒對節能減碳傾向的正向影響。本文討論研究發現的實務管理意涵並提出未來研究建議。

This study used the sample of 468 students as subjects of experiments to examines the effects of environmental education on energy conservation and carbon reduction tendencies, environmental moral emotion, environmental moral disengagement, and relationships between environmental moral emotion, environmental moral disengagement, energy conservation and carbon reduction tendencies, as well as analyze whether interdependent self and collective environmental duty moderate the effect of environmental moral emotion on environmental moral disengagement and energy conservation and carbon reduction tendencies. The results showed that environmental education has positive effects on energy conservation and carbon reduction tendencies and environmental moral emotion. Environmental moral emotion has negative effect on environmental moral disengagement and has positive effect on energy conservation and carbon reduction tendencies. Interdependent self may mediate the negative relationship of environmental moral emotion on environmental moral disengagement, and collective environmental duty may mediate the negative relationship of environmental moral emotion on environmental moral disengagement and the positive effect of environmental moral emotion on energy conservation and carbon reduction tendencies. Implications for practice and further research are discussed.
