Exploration and Practice of 7S Management System in the Management of TCM Scientific Research Laboratory

摘要


In view of the main problems existing in the management of scientific research laboratories of colleges and universities, this article takes the scientific research laboratory in college of traditional Chinese medicine, Jinan University as an example, comes up with the necessity of carrying out the "7S" Management System in the scientific research laboratory of current university, and clarifies the implementation essentials of these seven elements "Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke, Safety and Save" in the standardized management of scientific research laboratories. We aim to provide some useful countermeasures and suggestions on the functional regionalization, instrument management, sanitary maintenance, biochemical waste liquid treatment, personnel training, safety emergency and material management for the traditional Chinese medicine scientific research laboratory in colleges and universities.
