應用六標準差於綠光雷射製程之品質改善

摘要


六標準差是一套控制流程或製程從輸入端到產出端使其發生最小變異的一套管理技能,近年來已成為國內外各大企業所推行並互相學習的手法。九○年代以來,許多國內外一流企業,如奇異公司(GE)、摩托羅拉公司、Sony以及華碩…等全球知名企業,皆先後採用「Six Sigma品質改善方法」。如今Six Sigma 品質改善方法,已在國內各大企業中實施與推行,因此帶動一波6 Sigma的潮流。 本研究以綠光雷射模組製造公司為背景,以六標準差管理手法的流程步驟-DMAIC,進行製程參數最佳化改善,首先找出關鍵品質特性、衡量量測系統及製程能力,歸納出影響製程的關鍵因子,並利用實驗設計手法找出最佳製程參數組合。再利用所求得的最佳製程參數條件組合,來進行實驗,其實驗結果改善後經濟效益,模組成本每年度可替公司節省約台幣309.6萬;重工成本每年度可節省約186萬,扣除教育訓練費用與實驗支出約50萬,預計每年可節省約445.6萬。另外光點不良客訴率,約降75%。顯示本研究利用六標準差手法在此製程改善有顯著效果。

Six Sigma is a set of managerial skills which controls technological processes or manufacturing processes to occur the smallest variation from the input side to the output side. In recent years, this technique has been followed out and learned by domestic and overseas enterprises. From twenty century, many well-known enterprises such as GE, Motorola, Sony, Asus, and so on, use “Six Sigma improve method to quality” early or late. Nowadays, “Six Sigma improve method to quality” has been carried out in domestic enterprises; therefore, to push forward the trend of Six Sigma. This study is based on The Green Laser Module Manufacturing Company, with Six Sigma managerial method’s technological processes- DMAIC to proceed the best improvement of Process Parameters. First of all, finding out the critical to quality, measuring measurement system and the ability of manufacturing processes, generalizing the critical factors which might affect the manufacturing processes; moreover, using Design Of Experiment, DOE to find out the best combination of Process Parameters. Next, using the result of the best combination of Process Parameters to do experiment which showed the result of the improvement in economic benefits; take a company for example, the cost of module can save about 309.6 million NT dollars per annual, the cost of rework can save about 186 million dollars per annual, besides, reducing the cost of educational discipline and experiment about 50 thousand NT dollars, the company expects to save about 445.6 million NT dollars totally per annual. In addition, the rate of harmful radiant complains decreased about 75 percent. As a result, this study indicated that using Six Sigma method can bring noticeable effect in this manufacturing process.
