CNS 3110室外法規量測之噪音源偵錯應用

Noise Diagnosis Applications by Using CNS 3110 Standard

摘要


目前機車噪音法規的量測標準是依據CNS 3110(機器腳踏車噪音量試驗法),所以直接利用CNS 3110的測試規範來作噪音源偵錯,將可使測試結果和法規要求直接關聯,無需進行修正,這是實驗室內進行噪音源偵錯所無法達到的效果。應用CNS 3110的量測方法進行噪音源偵錯的相關技術,包括鉛片包覆法噪音源分級、CNS 3110測試過程噪音變化曲線圖分析、及CNS 3110測試過程噪音頻譜圖和階次追蹤圖分析,目前這些測試分析技術均已在車輛研究測試中心建立完成。本文首先簡介CNS 3110測試規範,然後介紹各項技術的基本概念、施行步驟、及量測時注意事項,並探討如何應用這些測試結果進行機車噪音源偵錯。

The current test standard for noise emission of motorcycle is CNS 3110. If CNS 3110 test procedures is applied to noise diagnosis, the measured results can be directly related with noise regulation, which can not be achieved if noise diagnosis is performed in a laboratory. The techniques of noise diagnosis by using CNS 3110 include Lead Wrapping Method for Noise Source Ranking, Analysis of Noise Varying Curve during CNS 3110 Test Process, and Analysis of Noise Spectrum and Order Tracking Plot during CNS 3110 Test Process. Through years, Automotive Research & Testing Center has successfully established these techniques. The paper firstly introduces the test regulation of CNS 3110, and then describes basic concepts and measuring procedures of these techniques. The practical application of measured results for noise diagnosis is also discussed.
