提升中醫毫針刺照護之滿意度

摘要

文獻指出病人接受毫針刺護理服務過程中的舒適度與滿意度是評價中醫醫療服務品質的重要因素，經調查本單位病人接受中醫毫針刺照護滿意度79.4%，分析原因為無合適三角枕協助支撐、缺乏下肢隱私維護工具、電針夾太重導致病人疼痛、缺乏毫針刺護理指導工具，故本專案之目的為提升病人接受中醫毫針刺照護滿意度，經製作毫針刺護理指導光碟、修改符合下肢毫針刺治療姿勢維持輔具－三角枕、製作毫針刺治療便利褲、改良電針機電針夾之設備後，病人接受中醫毫針刺照護滿意度提升至92.7%，提升率達13.4%，期望本專案之改善經驗能作接受中醫毫針刺處置病人照護之參考。

Literature reviews indicate that the comfort and satisfaction of patients receiving acupuncture nursing service are important factors to evaluate the quality of Chinese medical care. According to a survey conducted by our unit, 79.4% of the patients receiving acupuncture were satisfied. The reasons for dissatisfactions are as follows: no suitable triangular pillow, lacking privacy of patients, a shortage of acupuncture-needle-care guidance, and the discomfort caused by electro-acupuncture needle clip. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to enhance the patient's acceptance of Chinese medicine and the satisfaction of acupuncture care. Through providing acupuncture-care guidance, modifying the triangular pillow, improving the pants which are suitable for acupuncture, and revising electro-acupuncture needle clipdevice, 92.7% of the patients in this unit receiving acupuncture were satisfied by the increasing rate of 13.4%. It is expected that the experience of this project will serve as a reference for similar cases.
