施工階段PCM執行建築工程BIM專案實務之研究

近年來營造廠主動應用建築資訊模型（Building Information Modeling, BIM）於工程施工階段作為工程分析與檢討之工具已成為常態，因此為預先從旁督導及查核營造廠於營建專案中BIM相關之作業，專業營建管理（Professional Construction Management, PCM）亦應一同參與施工階段運用BIM技術之行列，以確認營造廠應用BIM檢核內容的可靠度。然而目前缺乏對於導入實務作業模式，對於PCM在施工階段導入BIM及建構查核營造廠BIM作業之需求亦缺乏資料可作為參考依據。因此，本研究首先進行工程生命週期施工階段導入BIM之情境分析及探討PCM於施工階段作業內容，進而分析PCM執行施工階段BIM技術之需求後，本研究在符合營造廠運用BIM進行施工性分析項目範疇內，針對PCM督導施工階段BIM作業之組織、導入內容及流程提出建議建構，並規劃各作業之內容及相關表單，藉此說明BIM技術導入施工階段過程中，PCM之BIM作業與其他專案團隊需配合作業之責任、內容及流程。研究最後透過導入實際營建案例，運用研究所提出之作業流程於PCM在施工階段執行BIM督導作業，探討導入後之效益及限制等，提供後續相關研究之參考。

In the construction management, Professional Construction Management (PCM) offers complete construction management services to ensure that construction project completed on time and on budget. The assistance of BIM implementation for PCM plays an important role to enhance construction management performance during the construction phase. However, in practice, serious problems of BIM implementation for PCM exist because of no suitable approaches for PCM to assist the effective BIM implementation of the construction project. In order to solve the problems, this study proposes a BIM based implementation approach for the PCM during the construction phase. The PCM manage the status and results of the BIM implementation and BIM-related management work effectively through the proposed approach. The proposed approach was applied in the selected building case study in Taiwan to verify our proposed approach and to demonstrate the effectiveness of BIM implementation for PCM practically during the construction phase. Finally, this study identifies conclusion, suggestion, benefits, limitations, and facing problems through the real cases for further applications.
