國民小學分布式領導對學校效能影響之研究──以資料導向為中介變項

The Effect of Elementary School's Distributed Leadership on School Effectiveness - with Data Driven Decision Making as the Intervening Variable

摘要


強調專業主導與承擔的分布式領導,結合大數據理念的資料導向決定,是影響學校效能的重要因素。本研究旨在瞭解國民小學分布式領導、資料導向決定與學校效能的現況,並探討分布式領導、資料導向決定對學校效能的影響。本研究除了文獻探討外,主要採用問卷調查法,並以臺灣地區公立國民小學教師為研究對象,分北、中、南、東四區,總共發出1980份問卷,回收1486份問卷,回收率達75.05%,其中有效問卷為1453份。本研究透過結構方程模式(SEM)檢驗國民小學分布式領導、資料導向決定與學校效能的線性關係,研究結果顯示整個模式具有良好的適配度與參數估計,表示本研究所提出的模式可獲得實證的支持。依據研究結果,本研究建議國民小學能運用分布式領導,以利教育人員資料導向決定的使用,進而對學校效能產生正向的影響。

Emphasizing the ownership of school professionals is the main idea of distributed leadership, combining the data-driven decision making are both key factors which have significant influence on school effectiveness. The main purposes of this study was to explore the current situation of distributed leadership, data driven decision making, and school effectiveness at elementary schools in Taiwan. The influence of distributed leadership, data-driven decision making of schools on the school effectiveness was also examined. For the purposes of this study, related literatures were reviewed, and questionnaire survey was employed. The survey participants were island-wide public elementary school teachers in Taiwan. A total of 1,980 copies of questionnaires were sent out, of which 1,453 copies were valid, with an availability rate of 88.79%. To verify the linear relationship of school distributed leadership, data-driven decision making, and school effectiveness., structural equation modeling (SEM) was used. The results indicated a high degree of goodness of fit with parameter estimated, which demonstrated that the model proposed by this study can be supported via the empirical data. Some suggestions were proposed which was drawn from the findings of this study.
