情緒勒索人際互動特質量表之建構

鑑於近年情緒勒索之議題逐漸受到關注，本研究藉由文獻回顧，瞭解華人社會人際互動中情緒勒索之概念與現象，並試圖建立一套可供自我檢測之情緒勒索人際互動特質量表，期望能提升社會大眾對人際互動情緒勒索之重視程度。本研究分為兩個階段，第一個階段先藉由情緒勒索之相關文獻回顧與分析，建構出情緒勒索人際互動特質量表的構念與題項，形成7個構念、以及預試量表的72個題項；第二階段則是實際以台灣18歲以上成年人為研究對象，透過網路問卷調查蒐集438位受測者之回覆。資料進行項目分析、探索性因素分析後，共保留32題項。本量表經由項目分析刪除2題題項，因素分析刪除38題題項，萃取出4個因素，最後形成32題之「情緒勒索人際互動特質量表」，分別為「自我價值與自信」15題、「人際互動恐懼感」7題、「同情他人」7題、及「人際關係安全感」3題，整體內部一致性信度為.943，變異解釋量為62.46%。本研究結果發現，情緒勒索人際互動特質量表包含四個面向，（1）自我價值與自信、（2）人際互動恐懼感、（3）同情他人，以及（4）人際關係安全感。最後，研究針對結果進行討論，並提出量表實務應用與未來研究之相關建議。

In view of the increasing attention to the issue of emotional blackmail in recent years, this study was conducted to examine the concept and phenomenon of emotional blackmail in interpersonal interactions in Chinese society through literature review, and aims to develop a self-testing scale for the characteristics of emotional blackmail interpersonal interactions in the hope to raise the awareness of interpersonal interaction and emotional blackmail in society. This research was divided into two stages. In the first stage, a literature review and analysis led to the construction of seven factors and 72 items for the Emotional Blackmail Interpersonal Interaction Trait Scale pre-test. In the second stage, adults over the age of 18 in Taiwan were recruited as research subjects and a total of 438 responses from qualified subjects were collected through an online questionnaire survey. The scale was constructed by removing two items after item analysis and 38 items after exploratory factor analysis, and four factors were extracted which finally formed the ＂Emotional Blackmail Interpersonal Interaction Trait Scale＂ with 32-item. This scale consisted of 15 items on＂ self-worth and self-confidence＂, seven items on ＂fear of interpersonal interaction＂, seven items on ＂empathy for others＂, and three items on ＂interpersonal security＂, with overall internal consistency reliability of .943 and 62.46% of variance explained. The results of this study revealed that the Emotional Blackmail Interpersonal Interaction Trait Inventory contains four dimensions: (1) self-worth and self-confidence, (2) fear of interpersonal interaction, (3) empathy for others, and (4) interpersonal security. Finally, the research discusses the results and puts forward relevant suggestions on the practical application of the scale and future research.
