教育雲端服務需求意向模式之研究-以新北市國民中學為例

摘要


科技的迅速發展帶來學習環境的革新,以往學習是以教師為學習活動的中心、以教室為學習活動的場所,學習的模式從單向式學習、非同步雙向學習進步到同步多人學習讓傳統學習方式面臨挑戰。 根據資策會的調查分析指出2010年的台灣數位學習產業總產值達到新台幣265.69億元,其中核心產業產值為183.98億元,學習終端產值為54.54億元,至於智慧教室產值則為27.17億元,我國數位學習產業產值年年增加;更在2012年新北市領先全國率先實施「教育雲」雲端教育服務,可見雲端運算對於數位學習產業的影響力。 本研究透過科技接受模式、計劃行為理論及消費行為之相關文獻,以新北市國民中學的教師為研究對象進行問卷調查,共發放270份問卷,有效問卷220 份,共得有效問卷81.4%。 本研究結果分析,發現參與採用雲端服務意願影響最大的是行為可支配性,換句話說教師們認為雲端服務能支援教學上的功能最為重要;再從人口統計變項來看以21-30歲的教師較會積極使用教育雲端服務落實到教學中。因此,經由問卷調查進而更了解教師對教育雲端服務的需求意圖與行為特性,依據研究成果提出推動「教育雲」雲端教育服務專案策略與建議,以供新北市政府及資策會在專案推動上做出有利的決策。

The rapid development of technology has brought the innovation of learning environment. In the past, learning was an activity taking place in traditional classrooms and teachers were the center of the teaching process. However, learning mode has changed from one-way learning and asynchronous learning to synchronous learning and traditional learning method was forced to face challenges. According to the survey of the Institute for Information Industry, The Taiwan e-Learning industry output value in 2010 has reached NT$26,569 billion, of which the core industry was NT$18,398 billion, the e-learning terminal industry was NT$5,454 billion and the e-learning classroom industry was NT$2,717 billion. The Taiwan e-Learning industry output value has been increasing every year. Furthermore, New Taipei City was the first in Taiwan to provide “Education Cloud”, educational cloud services, in 2012. This shows the impact of cloud computing on e-learning industry in Taiwan. This study collected and combined relevant literature about the technology acceptance model (TAM), the theory of planned behavior and consumer behavior to conduct survey. The research subjects were the teachers of junior high schools in New Taipei City. A total of 270 questionnaires were sent and 220 questionnaires were effective with a return rate of 81.4%. The results of the study found that the major factor influencing teachers over participating and using cloud services would be dominant behavior; in other words, the teachers would consider that the most important thing is that cloud services can support their teaching. The analysis of demographic variables shows that teachers aging from 21 to 30 would be more actively to put educational cloud services into practice in teaching. As a result, by collecting data through questionnaires, teachers’ usage intention and characteristics of teacher behavior on educational cloud services are better understood. The strategies and suggestions of promoting Educational Cloud Project were proposed based on the research results and provided to the New Taipei City Government and the Institute for Information Industry to make favorable decisions to promote the project.
