This article uses the concept of gear principle and differential geometry, the mathematical model of the profile-crowned disk drives the mathematical model of the modified curvilinear gears. Then Mathematica exports the profile-crown liner file. Using Pro/ENGINEER and SolidWorks software construct a three-dimensional model of the gear, then the model of the gear import HyperMesh pre-processor finite element analysis (FEA) to analyze the stress under cylindrical helical gear or profile-crowned gear for influences of assembly error.
