瑜珈運動對健康效益的影響

Impact on Health Benefit of Yoga's Movement

摘要


瑜珈起源於印度已超過千年歷史,最初是以宗教為背景,融合哲學思想及身體鍛鍊,被視為崇高的休養儀式於日常生活中運用實踐。瑜珈運動是透過體位法、呼吸與冥想等訓練,協助個人舒緩壓力、增進注意力,維持健康狀態、提升潛能之發揮,以達身、心、靈之平衡合諧。經文獻統整分析,瑜珈運動不僅對身體健康層面影響之效益甚多,更可統合身心的鍛鍊,它不只重視姿勢,更注重呼吸與意念配合,能解除身心壓力束縛,對一些慢性病具有預防治療效果,並對運動員身心或體適能方面有相當助益。瑜珈運動對身體健康的強化、心理健康的抒發、健康體適能的提升、呼吸系統的訓練、活化心靈的建設,皆具正面指標的健康效益。是符合現代人追求健康的需求,值得重視與推廣。為此本文將瑜珈運動對現代人類健康效益影響做主要論述為目的,以供熱愛瑜珈運動學習者參考。

Yoga originated from India to exceed the history of a thousand length of service, had taken religion as the background at first, merge philosophy thought and health and forge the chain, is considered as the lofty recuperation ceremony and used practice in daily life. Yoga's movement is training through law, breathing and meditation of body posture, etc., assists individuals to releive the pressure, promote attention, maintain the health state, improve the full play of latent energy, shut in order to reach the body, heart, efficacious equilibrium humorously. Exactly analyzed by the interconnected system of the literature, there are a lot of benefits that Yoga's sports not merely influence to the aspect of health, can interconnected system fit heart forge the chain, it not merely pays attention to the posture, pays attention to breathing and cooperating with idea even more, can remove the physical and psychological pressure bunch and apply, prevent therapeutic effects to some chronic disease, and or body right can quite benefit to athlete body and mind. Strengthening about health Yoga sport, psychological health express, health the right in body can improvement, training, construction to activate souls of respiratory system, all have health benefit of a positive indicator. Accord with the demand that the modern pursues the health, is worth paying attention to and popularizing. Influence, make, describe for purpose mainly for this text this Yoga sport to modern human health benefit, move for loving Yoga the learner consults.
