臺灣巧固球規則與國際總會規則異同之探究

The Similarities and Differences between ROCTBA Rules and FITB Rules

摘要

巧固球傳入臺灣三十多年，在許多前輩的辛勤努力下，讓我國的不管是在球技或是規則均走在國際之前，也讓我國的成績一直有目共睹，在國際排名一直高居一二。然因兩者之間的發展方向不同，因此後來產生了許多規則上的差異，本文嘗試將兩者之間的差異進行比較，並試圖了解臺灣當初修訂相關規則之因素，本文除了採用文獻研究法外，輔以訪談法方式，使資料之完整度與正確性更能明確。結果發現：兩個之間的規則確實存在差異，分別在：1.場地、2.暫停時機、3.球員數、4.棄權比數、5.腿部防守動作、6.替補犯規罰則、7.球員受傷處置、8.球衣號碼、9.延長賽制進行及發球權判定方式、10.裁判數量、11.比賽時間、12.射網意圖之判定、13.紅黃牌判決、14.觸及禁區判決、15.重新發球地點判定、16.發球後過中線之判定、17.四傳違例之發球地認定、18.禁區防守等項目有所差異。綜合歸納兩個規則的差異，在紅黃牌懲罰、球接觸禁區對隊球員、替補犯規等條文可以發現：中華民國巧固球規則較嚴格，主要原因在於藉著重罰，再次強調巧固球的運動精神，避免選手因過度重視比賽成績而忘了巧固球的教育性，國際總會之規則較為寬鬆，基於人性本善之出發點去認定選手的行為，不會認為選手有故意的情形，期望未來，透過國際總會與中華民國巧固球協會的更密切互動，讓彼此的規則能夠找到平衡點，讓巧固球的規則更趨於完整一致，讓選手在良好規則規範下，發揮出最佳實力，讓比賽更加精彩與符合巧固球精神。

However, due to the different direction of development between the two, thus generating a difference on many of the rules, the main purpose of this study is comparing the differences between the two association, and trying to understand the factors that had amended the relevant rules in Taiwan. The results showed that: The rules do exist between the two slight differences, respectively: 1.playing-area, 2.time-out timing, 3.player numbers, 4. abstained score, 5. Legs defensive action, 6.substitute foul penalties, 7.players injured disposal, 8.jersey number, 9.extra-innings right, 10.the number of referees, 11.game time, 12.the intent of shooting, 13.red and yellow cards verdict, 14.ruling of touching forbidden area , 15.restarting locations judgment, 16.the judgment over the center line, 17.four-passing judgment, 18.defense of forbidden area.
