摘要


本文主要藉由心理劇的哲學概念-自發性與創造力來探討心理劇的訓練模式。主要是以美國心理劇訓練師、教育者、導演(Trainer, Educator, Practitioner,簡稱TEP)Dr. Dorothy Satten所設計出的「四張椅子」的訓練概念,來說明心理劇中主角(protagonist)、替身(double)、輸角(auxiliary ego)的角色與位置,也藉由角色交換(role reversal)、鏡觀(mirroring)技巧的運用,來闡述心理劇的導劇方式,最後,作者以一個案例對話,來說明四張椅子的導劇歷程。

The purpose of the article was to explore the psychodrama training model, ”Four Chairs”, by using the theories of spontaneity and creativity, the philosophical concepts of psychodrama. ”Four Chairs” created by Dr. Dorothy Satten, a psychodrama trainer, educator, and practitioner, was a training method for the three roles in psychodrama, protagonist, double, and auxiliary ego. Through employing role reversal and mirroring techniques, For Chairs can be used for directing a psychodrama. In this article, the author illustrated the implement of Four Chairs in a psychodrama via a case example.
