中小學教師對於畢業旅行之決策因素、教學準備與成效認知研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討國中小教師對於畢業旅行之決策因素、教學準備及成效認知現況與關係，採用問卷調查法共計發放400份問卷，獲得有效問卷386份。以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關等統計方式進行分析。其研究結果如下：一、決策因素、教學準備及成效認知平均得分高。二、教師背景變項中，背景變項中年齡及年資在決策因素、教學準備及成效認知上達顯著差異。三、決策因素、教學準備及成效認知各層面皆達顯著正相關。本研究針對其研究結果提出相關建議。

The purpose of this study is to exploring the current situations of decision factors, teaching preparation and achievements of graduation travel. This study adopted questionnaire survey and distributed 400 questionnaires with 386 valid ones collected. For descriptive statistic, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation were used to analyze those questionnaires. The study results are listed below: 1. The average score of the decision factors, teaching preparation and achievements are high. 2. In the background variables, ＂age＂ and ＂seniority＂ have significant differences in decision factors, teaching preparation and achievements. 3. The decision factors, teaching preparation and achievements are all significant correlation. The study also provides suggestions based on the study results for the related industry.
